Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email when applicable.

PetQuack does not ship to all countries.

There are no shipping fees charged by PetQuack.

PetQuack is not responsible for delays, returns, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, PetQuack is not responsible for delivery delays.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and assist where possible.
